In an effort to beat the glare of the high summer sun, we headed off bright and early on a jaunt into the woods. I loaded a chair in to the back of the Ranger, Mary-Claire threw her bag of wardrobe changes in, and off we went. After mowing down brambles and branches we arrived at the spot I'd envisioned as a backdrop for these portraits. Although, I'm quite sure this face would have been stunning most anywhere.
May Day Hike
I spent the first day of May with this little man. He was such a thoughtful hiker and we explored to our hearts' content.
